Nanuk is a family owned business, established in 1990 by the late chef cook Chris Simoens. At that time, Mr. Simoens had operated as the owner and chef of a gourmet restaurant over a 20 years period.
This culinary experience combined with the enduring passion for gastronomy remain also today the very core of our business strategy as well as our "raison d'être" which translates itself in our fresh-frozen range of products:
