Companies agree to unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify and hold Fevia harmless from any costs, loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any Third Party due to or arising out of Companies’ breach of or failure to comply with article 7 and/or any other provision of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Article, the term ‘Fevia’ shall also refer to its shareholders, directors, employees, members, subcontractors, agents, and their respective directors, agents and employees.

Fevia declines all and any liability for any inaccurate, unlawful or incomplete Content obtained through this Website.
