Family company of 104 years old.All our products are made in the traditional way and free from any chemical additives. Our salted meats are rubbed with dried salt and traditionally smoked over a beech and oak sawdust fire. Our specailties are the Gaumais sausage, the sausage and the pate with Orval beer, the gaumais ring sausage etc.
