Do you know what is the gastronomical golden age? 
It is the period between 6 months and 3 years old when kids are THE most receptive to new tastes and to new textures. It is THE best time to TEACH babies and young children to eat healthy. At that age, children are curious and very open and sensitive to new food experiences. 

Sienna & Friends is a young Belgian company founded by Aurélie, herself mum of two little boys.
It is her dream, to help young parents with the nutritional education of their little ones.
She knows it is essential to build a healthy relationship with food from the first bites. This will certainly contribute to a more sustainable and healthier world, for the generations to come.

But what is that nutrition education?
It's simply TEACHING kids the language of taste and good eating habits. It implicates:
• cooking at home
• an exposure to real food and ingredients 
• sharing meals as a family
• and stimulating their palate development. 
This is important as it will not only prepare their taste buds for the variety of flavours they will eat later in life 
but also provide them a natural armour against their first exposure to salt and sugar.
And like learning a language, the younger you start, the easier it is!

As so many young parents are in lack of time, inspiration, knowledge or adapted products, 
Sienna & Friends made it their mission to:
• Encourage young parents to cook at home and make that easier for them
• help them with the palate development of their little one
(and yes, herbs and spices are perfect for that!).
• while making sure that their baby ENJOYS not only a healthy but also, 
and most importantly a TASTY meal. 

Sienna & Friends has developed a wide range of healthy and organic products. 
Their products are adapted to the needs of little ones and accompany every meal of the day: 
spice mixes, vegetable sauces, spreads, porridge, healthy snacks…. 
All designed to help parents COOK for their babies with as many flavours as possible, 
as early as possible.
