Debailleul Products is a Belgian registered company, founded by Marc Debailleul (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) in 1983, with the objective to produce the highest quality of chocolate, pastry and ice cream products.

The company pioneered with pastry freezing techniques and perfected these techniques to such a level that 100% if its current production output is frozen.
