Cargill invests €12 million in a Belgian chocolate factory

The American food company Cargill, will expand its Belgian chocolate factory located in Mouscron, Belgium. In response to the increasing demand for premium Belgian chocolate Cargill will invest in a world-class production line for liquid chocolate.

Cargill chocolate is used as a main ingredient by food companies such as Mars and employs approximately 1000 employees. Thanks to its considerable investment of €12 million, the company will create more jobs in the Belgian food industry.
