Cosucra doubles its production capacity to tackle the North American market

Cosucra, a Belgian food company specialized in pea and chicory root ingredients, invested 35 million euros in its facility in Warcoing (Wallonia) to answer to increasing demands, especially from North America.

The company is currently the world leader with 40% of the market and expects a steep growth of demands in the upcoming years. Their products are especially in demand in Canada and the United States of America. The company installed new production lines, invested in automation and enlarged its storage capacity. It also opened a commercial office in Chicago to answer to the boost of demands and anticipate the arrival of competitors on the North American market.
