MAD LAB is a Belgian organic biscuit manufacturer producing innovative, healthy and authentic sweet and savoury biscuits. A biscuit factory that uses simple and noble raw materials for original and complex recipes. As a result, a fine complexity of tastes, a strong presence of aromatics and a constant search of unbridled associations where we find crunchy and shortbread, sweet and spicy, sharp and rounded mixtures,... All in a biscuit rich in fibre, proteins and minerals and low in sugars. We are also committed to the circular economy. We collect the spent grain, the cereals used for the manufacture of beer, from Belgian organic brewers to valorize it in tasty crackers. We use packaging certified compostable and bulk format in order to reduce the environmental impact.
