1. General
1.1. These contest rules (hereinafter “Rules”) apply to the social media contest organised by Fevia (hereinafter “Organiser”).
1.2. By participating in this contest (hereinafter “Contest”), the participant agrees to these Rules.
2. Participation
2.1. The contest is open to anyone aged 18 or older.
2.2. Participation in the contest is free and without any purchase obligation.
3. How to participate?
3.1. Follow @wearefoodbe on Instagram
3.2. Take a picture of your favorite Belgian food and/or drink
3.3. Post your picture in a story, tag @wearefoodbe and one friend
4. Submission requirements
4.1. The submission must be original and created by the participant himself/herself.
4.2. The photo and accompanying text must not contain any offensive, insulting, or otherwise inappropriate content.
4.3. The participant must own the copyrights of the submitted photo and must not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
5. Contest period
5.1. The Contest starts on Saturday, July 27, and ends on Sunday, August 11.
5.2. Submissions received after the End Date will not be considered.
6. Selection of the Winner
6.1. The winner(s) will be selected by an independent jury chosen by the Organiser.
6.2. The jury will evaluate the submissions based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
6.3. The decision of the jury is binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
7. Prizes
7.1. The winner(s) will receive a goodie bag containing a selection of Belgian food products and drinks.
7.2. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
7.3. The winner(s) will be personally contacted via Social Media and/or private message within 20 days after the end of the contest period.
8. Privacy
8.1. The personal data of the participants shall be used exclusively for the execution of the Contest and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the participants.
8.2. The participants agree to the use of their submitted photo for promotional purposes by the Organizer.
9. Liability
9.1. The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in the Contest or accepting the prize.
9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if circumstances beyond his control make this necessary.
